This item sux! We pressed the 6 which is suppose to be the highest and it barely fazed our 3 month old husky puppy. Not to mention it broke after that. One shock and it no longer worked! We even changed out the batteries thinking they just sent us some bad batteries and nope its a dud! Not to mention the company won't return my emails or refund my money so I have wasted $50! Don't buy this item ever unless you enjoy wasting your money!
Don't bother

I ordered this item and got it in the mail brand new. It worked for like half a day and then the batteries died. We replaced the batteries and it seemed to work for a little bit again before the batteries died yet again. If you buy this product you better buy stock in batteries and then plan on changing them at least 5 times a day! Horrible product!! Was very disappointing.
Waste of money

I knew it was too good to be true finding an item like this for under $100 that would actually work. The only thing it has going for it is that it will vibrate and send an electrical surge. You could get more of a jolt out of the nine volt battery if you took it out of the device and followed your dog around with it. This thing is such a piece of crap that amazon should remove it from their site.
